gorgias.list_tickets

List tickets, most recently updated first, optionally for one customer or view. Ticket IDs are numbers like 348149927. Pass next_cursor back as cursor for the next page.

Get a ticket with its customer, tags and messages, oldest first. Internal notes have public false.

Find a customer by email address, with their numeric ID for list_tickets.

gorgias.create_ticket writes

Open a ticket on a customer's behalf with their first message, as if they wrote in through the API channel. No email is sent to them. Returns the ticket's ID.

Send an email reply to the customer on a ticket. from_address must be one of the support addresses connected to Gorgias, and sender_email a Gorgias user.

Tick Allow raw writes on the connection to add api_request, which can send POST, PUT, PATCH and DELETE requests to any Gorgias API path.

Connect

In Gorgias, open Settings → You → REST API (your-domain.gorgias.com/app/settings/api) and copy the password (API key) shown there, along with the username, your login email.
Paste the email and API key on the connection, and enter your Gorgias domain, the part before .gorgias.com.
