Connect

  1. Install the ntfy app on your phone or desktop and subscribe to a topic. Pick a long, unguessable topic name on ntfy.sh, since anyone who knows it can read it.
  2. Optional: to publish to reserved or protected topics, sign in to your ntfy server (ntfy.sh/account for ntfy.sh), open Account → Access tokens and create one. Paste it as the connection's access token. Without one the connection publishes anonymously.
  3. On your own server, set Server to its host name.
