Look up workspaces, projects and time entries in Toggl Track, start, log and stop time, and pull summary reports.

toggl.list_workspaces

List the workspaces you belong to. Workspace IDs are integers, e.g. 1234567, and most other tools need one.

toggl.list_projects

List a workspace's projects. Project and client IDs are integers.

toggl.list_time_entries

List your time entries, newest first, optionally between two dates. A running entry has a negative duration and no stop. Durations are in seconds; time entry IDs are integers.

toggl.get_current_time_entry

Get your running time entry, or null when no timer is running. Its duration is negative while it runs.

toggl.create_time_entry writes

Log time, or start a timer by giving duration -1 and no stop. Times are UTC, e.g. 2026-11-02T09:00:00Z, and duration is in seconds.

toggl.stop_time_entry writes

Stop a running time entry. Find it with get_current_time_entry; time entry and workspace IDs are integers.

Tracked and billable seconds per project and person over a date range, for a whole workspace.

Summary report of tracked time over a date range, grouped (by default by project, then by time entry description), optionally filtered to projects, clients or people. Durations are in seconds.

toggl.api_get

Send a GET request to any Toggl Track API path under https://api.track.toggl.com and return the response. For endpoints the named tools don't cover.

Send a POST, PUT, PATCH or DELETE request to any Toggl Track API path under https://api.track.toggl.com.

Tick Allow raw writes on the connection to add api_request, which can send POST, PUT, PATCH and DELETE requests to any Toggl Track API path.

Connect

In Toggl Track, open your Profile settings (track.toggl.com/profile) and copy the API Token at the bottom of the page.
Paste it as the connection's API token. It acts as you, in every workspace you belong to.
